ENTRY
Upon arrival, please sanitize your hands for your comfort and well-being. We appreciate your cooperation as we ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all. Also, please arrive on time for your appointment.
Inclusions + Exclusions
Every salon service includes a luxurious shampoo and conditioning treatment.
Cancellations
Our cancellation policy requires a 24-hour notice to avoid a 100% charge. No-shows will incur a half-price charge. Services are non-transferrable or changeable.
Color + Extensions
New color and extension service clients are required to undergo a consultation and strand test. This allows us to discuss and determine how we can achieve your desired results.
Appointments
For optimal service, BounceDolls operates on an appointment-only basis. Please choose a time that suits you best, enabling us to offer the highest level of care.
Late Policy
To respect everyone's time, a 15-minute late grace period is allowed. Beyond that, appointments will be canceled with a 50% charge. After 2 cancellations due to tardiness, further service will not be available.
